Win up to £1,500! The 60 Second Pitch Awards give you and your business (or idea) the chance to win up to £1,500 as well as support and advice from Santander.

'Wow' the audience

If you can ‘wow’ an audience with a sensational new business idea, concept or product in 60 seconds, you can win a cash prize of up to £1,500, as well as advice and support from Santander.

What do I need to do? Simply tell us about your business or idea and why you feel you deserve to win in 60 seconds.  Remember that people will be voting for their favourite entry so make sure it’s funny, creative or innovate.

The competition runs every three months so if you see yourself as the UK's next successful entrepreneur, make sure you catch the next one!

How does the Competition Work?

1. Submit your entry

• Record your 60-second pitch and upload the video to YouTube.
• Enter the competition by submitting the URL to your video using the submission tool below.
• The Submission period runs from 2nd  March 2015 - 23rd April 2015.

2. Vote for your favourite

• Visit the voting page once the initial judging has taken place - opens 1st May 2015.
• Watch the 10 finalists videos.
• Vote for your favourite.
• Voting Closes on the  27th May 2015.

3. Check out the winners

What Can I Win?
1st Place - £1,500 // 2nd place - £1,000 // 3rd place - £500 // The winning entry will also get business support and advice from Santander. Terms and Conditions.

How is the competition judged?

1. Santander Universities will initially shortlist 20 applications from all the entries received.
2. A panel of judges will then score these videos to select the top 10 entries from the shortlist. These 10 videos will then be uploaded onto the voting page. The initial short listing and judging criteria can be found here.
3. The public will then have the opportunity to vote for their favorites and share the videos with friends.
4. When the voting period closes the videos will be scored according to the number of votes received.
5. The voting score will be combined with the judge's score to identify the winners. Winners will be announced within a week of the voting closing.
