Call for Essay
Jogja
International Conference is an event that consists of two separate but related
sub-events. These are the “Call for Essay” and “Call for Conference”. The “Call
for Essay” is an essay competition on the subthemes of Jogja International
Conference. The details are shown below.
# The
registration fee is USD20
# The
registration procedures are as follows:
# Fill out the application form on Gadjah Mada Accounting Days - JIC Section at www.gmad.feb.ugm.ac.id.# Once you have filled in the form, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the payment procedure.# The declared amount of registration fee are to be addressed to GMAD 2014 bank account:
# 137-00-1089983-5 a.n. Bella Indah Permatasari Mandiri KCP Yogyakarta # or, 1692060967 a.n. Nur Hayatiningsih BCA KCP Ahmad Dahlan# Submit your essay along with the payment receipt by replying to the confirmation email. This should be done by April 16th 2015, 11.59pm (GMT +7).
# The registration
period for the “Call for Essay” will be December 8th 2014 – April 16th 2015.
# The
registration fee that has been transferred cannot be returned.
# Any correction
to the name of the participant must be done by April 16th 2015.
Call for
Conference
The main part
of Jogja International Conference is the conference itself. It will be held in
Yogyakarta over two days. As previously explained, the conference is a separate
but related sub-event to the “Call for Essay”. Those who intend to join the
conference is not required to join the essay competition, and vice versa.
However, those who join the essay competition and become one of the top 5 will
be given free admission to the conference. The details are shown below.
# Each
registering team must consist of two persons.
# The
registration fees are:
# Conference without accommodation: USD55# Conference with accommodation: USD95
# The
registration procedures are as follows:
